How to lower your sex drive? I read about some supplements that can help but they involve killing off your sperm cells or causing other issues. The products I have looked up are chasta berry(vitex) and rehmannia are there any others that are out there..I feel like fapping often is going to destroy my hair and raise dht levels extremely high if I dont stop so please if anyone can help please.

Killing my sex drive with finasteride was completely useless, my hair loss didn't stop at all. It was not even slowed down.
