Low Light Level Therapy Results Anybody Have Some

I've been using an iGrow helmet daily for the last ~3-4 months. Although it's hard to evaluate results objectively I do get the impression that my hair loss seems to have stopped and my hair looks thicker. This is entirely subjective though. I'm aware that this may all be in my mind.

In a few months time I'll take some pictures to get a more objective impression.

I personally believe the devices out there are semi-scam. Their wavelength is usually 6XXish, if I remember correctly.

I would prefer to see blue light being used as it increases nitric oxid in the skin which might make a difference.

"LLLT with a 830-nm wavelength resulted in greater stimulation of hair growth than the other wavelengths examined and 785 nm also showed a significant effect on hair growth."
It is animal skin but still see comparison to humans:

Typical case of one scammer company cashing some money and everyone blindly following.

You should do what overgrandemacho did and make your own device except for it seems that you know more about this a bit better in depth and can excitement with different type of lights and waves.

Sadly no cash for that, nor the technical know-how ( I am literally left-handed^^). One guy in german forums did it once for like 120 bucks, looked cool as well (orange helm with the normal red ones, super spacy).

I would love to see a study in which blue light, minoxidil and minoxidil + blue light are compared, to see if minoxidil efficacy changes with bluelight-induced NO release.

I made my first helmet as per Overmacho grande. It held up well. Then I just ordered a kit from him and use that one now. I believe it has significantly slowed down loss. I think that's what they're really for. Not for re-growth.

Wondering if anybody has seen any improvements on using LLT?

Yes, there are. Especially on youtube. There was this guy who did an excellent documentary on it. In fact, that's the
ONLY thing he took.

It might of slowed down, but eventually, he did lose his hair. He took all of his posts down.

There are so many scams, especially on youtube. I really wouldn't trust any of them, to be honest.
