Low Dose Of Propecia ; Less Sides Effect ?

do you think that lower dose of propecia cause less sides ? i would like to avoid puffy nipples .
Does 0,25 mg really produce less sides ? because it inhibits almost the same amount of serum dht .
any opinion .
