I started noticing that I am losing hair since March 2017 (21 at that time) I was dieting from January to June skipping a meal for 6 months I wasn't paying attention on nutrients that are required my body and it's been 9 months and I am still losing hair after shampooing and massaging my hair I find about more than a dozen hair on my hands
