Losing Hair Or Overthinking It? [pics]

So lately i've been worried about my hair. It sure does look a bit thinner than before, especially after shower, plus my temples receded with about 2-3 cm's in the last 3-4 months. Can you tell me if i'm really losing hair or its all in my head as other people have told me?I'm 20 yrs old by the way.

0% hair loss. sometimes it just feels thinner because of your growth cycle.

yeah, I don't see anything wrong either. Skull growth could be responsible for changes you are seeing in your hairline.

the thing is it looks quite bad under phone flash when wet.
first pic is without flash, the other two are with it - both taken right after shower

so does everyone else's hair in the world. scrutinize something enough and put it under the most unforgiving possible conditions, and you will eventually be able to convince yourself something is wrong.

before you suspected hair loss, were you taking pictures of your wet hair with flash and inspecting it?

try to relax. you have normal, thick hair.
