Losing Hair From Donor Area? (with Pics)

My hair seems to have thinned out in the back which is not normal for Male pattern hairloss. I'm not sure whats happening. The scalp in in that area is also very sensitive, red with dandruff. It also hurts. You can see some of the redness in the pictures its even visible on the neck. I'm not sure if it's seborrheic dermatitis or something similar.

Here are pics. Does anyone know?

It could be a skin condition in the scalp that is causing hair loss or DUPA, you have to see a dermatologist as soon as possible especially when there is redness.

Hope its not DUPA. I'm on finasteride + Dutasteride. I'll go to the doctor asap then. Thanks.

Yeah. I think so too. f*****g lol at getting this after battling male pattern baldness for years.
