Hi guys it is almost my 7th month on finasteride and I think finasteride is not working for me. Everyone is saying that after 6 months of treatment I should notice some improvement but my hairloss seems worse. I think Im losing ground. I started taking finasteride in December. When I started taking it my shedding stopped in few days, I was losing max 10 hair during shower. After 5 months in my shedding increased, rn I'm losing 100+ hair during shower and more during the day. My temples are itchy. My hairline lost density.
My DHT level while on finasteride is 0,332 ng/ml and testosterone 790 ng/dl.
Should I switch to dutasteride or wait full year? I don't want to lose more ground.
