loosing most of mi hair at 17 years old

17 years old and nearly bald.

hey guys i live in egypt, i started loosing hair since i was 15 years old and i have been using minoxidil for 2 years but the problem is i am currently loosing all my hair as my scalp could be seen easly even if my hair is long ,so please i need any help or suggestions of what should i do ...Thanks alot

Yeah that's kinda bad. However because you don't have a receding hairline it's hard to say if it is male pattern baldness.

Telogen effluvium perhaps? If it starts at 15 it can't be male pattern baldness, there has to be another cause... Go see a specialist.

i have gone to a specialist 2 years ago when my hair stared to fall and he advised me to take minoxidil 2% and i will be fine :3...also i have gone to another doctor and he advised me also to take minoxidil 2% + nizoral but i got no good result, i am now taking minoxidil 5% +nizoral +biotin and i hope i might have good results... :l
