I have some questions on Minoxidil, I am tired of trying to find a more natural approach, so looking other approaches. I have known about this stuff for close to 10 years, didn't need it half the time. So Unfortunately I am kinda late into the game and would probably be a miracle if I could get 1/8 of my hair back...
How soon do you begin to notice the sides effects; like headaches, bloated face, wrinkles, flaky scalp, inflammation, etc I a sure I am missing more. On the shedding, is it possible to start out slowly like using lesser amounts and once daily and build up from there?
How do you maximize getting the min on the scalp and not on the hair? My hair is 2-3" long. Along with that when I style my hair I mist it with water or it is damp after towel dried. Obviously I cannot do the later, but can I mist my hair then do my styling after the min has dried? Is there any concern with wearing hats or beanies, and sweating?
Lastly any recommend brands?
