Hi guys

I am new to this site and i decided to make my hair growth back thicker. I started to see a decrease a few years back. The truth is that i had really thick coarse hair. I couldnt have long hair as it would turn into an affro but i had discover relaxer and for few years i had beautifull long hair for the first time in my life. I was clueless about these product and i am sure paying the price now. I cant stop looking at my hair in the miror now to see how much i have lost throughout the few years. i stopped a few years back using this relaxer but the hair loss keep happening. it sure makes me scare as i like to be all clean cut and dress nice. I would love to find out if anyone have the same things happening to them and what they did to restore them. If someone had use relaxer and loss a lot of hair , if they happen to find the remedies to make them growth back again please inform me with your process. I am in no rush to buy anything as i want to make sure it is going to be the right decision for me. I am aware of side effect some may have and i will be careful before i purchase anything new. please help me go through my process to restore my hair. i still have enough hair to not panic but i see the decrease and within five years at this paces i would definetely bed real niticable if i dont do anything about it. i am 30 years old.

hi there...do you have a family history of hair loss? I doubt that using a hair device make people go bald..your best bet is go and see a dermatologist, mate...regarding vitamines and health supplements, the ones you've mentioned above are the popular choices among people with hair loss...Good luck!

also should i pick up this stack even if i just ordered hair essentials ? just saw so many good reviews on that so i purchased it right away. it is a 90 days guarantee so i am not so worry but it is ok to add that with the other supplement you mention .

thanks again very much for your help

don't bother with any of the vitamins or unproven treatments. If you have Male Pattern Baldness and are over 20, start on Finasteride/Propecia and possibly Minoxidil and nizoral. But Propecia is pretty much essential if you want to keep your hair. (speak to your doctor first though)

not saying vitamin supplements are a bad thing health wise, but they won't do sh!t for male pattern baldness

if you want advice from an expert go to see a dermatologist or hair doctor.

thank you so much for your info... just looked up nizoral and they said 3 times a week alternate with nioxin :))

one more question ... where is the best place to buy these product without spending the full cost ? like finasteride and minoxidil ? i am sure it is quite expensive but is theres a place for generics or someway to save money as all this seem to cost quit a bit.

thank you again as you guys are helping me a lot through my process !!!

Forget about Saw Palmetto, it is just a "natural" finasteride with questionable effectivity and by the looks of it, pretty much the same finasteride sides

thank you so much guys for the help again.

finasteride scares me with all the side effects ... i raid that people lost their capability to get erection even after stopping finasteride . i am really not sure about this ... i guess that is a risk some take to get hair back.
