Hello everyone I am 28 M and I wanted to get some insight.

I saw two dermatologist but they seem super out of tune with my concern. I plan to see a hair specialist either way.

I wanted to get your opinions on my sides. To me they seem like they are thinning and I also might have some recession on temples. I wanted to get some opinions to see if this looks like DUPA or Telogen Effluvium as another observation.
