Looking For Shampoo & Supplements Advice

Hi All,

I have been using finasteride & Nizoral (once a week) for a 3 months now. I also use Nioxin the rest of the week. Which is I feel is drying my hair out more than anything! So I was thinking about switching to a sulphate free shampoo. Which would be the best to recommend?

Also, are there any supplements anybody can recommend?
