Looking for new hair system supplier

What is your idea of an "Arm and a Leg"? And what is your idea of forever?
Shipping from China to most addresses in Australia (large cities). This is from my warehouse, which includes all sorts of fees, but a good baseline, costs in $USD and the times do not include prep, and delivery to the Express courier.
The following are my warehouses cost estimates to ship to Sydney.
FedEx is 8-12 days and would cost about $48USD
EMS is about the same
DHL is 10-15 days and would cost about $40USD
Aussie Post is 7-15 days and would cost about $17, but it's not as reliable as the above three.

It's not really about delivery fees and delivery times. I was recently quoted almost $2000 for a custom hair system with a wait time of around 20 weeks. To me this was too expensive and too long to wait. Maybe I'm wrong but I feel sure their are suppliers who would do a much better deal. It's just knowing who to trust. I know a lot has changed but prior to COVID I was getting good quality systems for $500 in around 8 to 10 weeks.What is your idea of an "Arm and a Leg"? And what is your idea of forever?
