Hi guys,
I'm looking for help on a most recent hair loss, when I was 19 my hair started to disappear a bit on the sides, I was a bit worried, but then it stopped, I'm now 25 and doesn't bother me because most male have a little of hair disappearing on the sides.
That is not what worries me, recently someone took a picture of me from back and center of the head, I showed it at home and my mom said it was probably the angle and light that made it look like I didn't have hair there (mom's right?)

This is the picture:

Now recently someone told me it looked like I was going bald on that side of the head, well I was a little sad to know it's noticeable, or it's starting to be noticeable, since it's still on the early phases, do you think I could use anything to help me get the hair back in place?
I used minoxidil when I "panicked" about my early hair loss on the sides but I was less than impressed, besides being expensive, I don't like it's side effects... I was looking for a natural fix... Can anyone advise me on doing anything?
I still live at home and I don't think nutrients are the cause, my food is awesome and very traditional and both my father and brother have strong and thick hair.
I shower with soap, just like my father

There is no natural remedy that works. The only solution is finasteride. Until something better comes along, you either get on finasteride or you lose more hair. Sorry, but those are your only real options...

Like he said. Currently finasteride, minoxidil are our main options to fight our hair loss.

I would recommend taking more pictures of your head just to make sure you are losing hair before even considering meds.

Food and exercise mean a healthy body and better mood.
Sadly its not true for hair loss. You could eat only junk food and still have a fullhead of hair IF you have good genes.
Using a Soap might dry your hair but id say get on a ketaconazole shampoo is better.
Look into finasteride. You are of edible age AND your male pattern baldness is acceptable for the treatment.
Also what are you making in that picture??

Pretty much reiterating what the others have said. Theres loads of natural remedies out there which won't do anything for hair loss.

With hair loss, time is precious. Many of us here have wasted time on pumpkin seeds, diet and god knows what other garbage while watching our hair disintegrate. Establish if its male pattern baldness and jump on the tried and tested or regret it further down the line

Thanks for all the replies guys, however I decided to stay away from minoxidil and other remedies alike... I just don't think the side effects are worth it... I may try some vitamins to strengthen hair and nails that my mom have been taking, their not subject to a doctor recipe or anything, since it's still on early stages, maybe it'll not be that bad...
@Nadester - I was drawing and coloring a beetle..
