Looking for hairline specialist for $10k or less

I'd like to have my hairline fixed. I've been told I'd only need around 1500 grafts.

I'd like to obviously get the very best result possible but I'd also like to keep the cost reasonable.

I've seen US surgeons charging $8+ per FUE graft and was told a surgeon like Pekiner charges £2.6 per FUE graft.

£2.6 is much more reasonable but then the costs of flying to Turkey (I'm based on east coast of the US) and hotel and all of that adds up plus the time.

So using those numbers for just the hair transplant with Pekiner would be about $5,000 give or take. In the US I'm looking $12,000+.

Is there anybody in the US that produces results comparable to somebody like Pekiner for less than $12,000?

I would be willing to travel to another country that's within 3 or 4 hours if the total cost would be closer to $5k all in?

Would like to keep this under $10k if possible and convenience would be nice
