Looking for Advice

Hello all,

Since I was around 19/20 I noticed that the hair when I cut it short was slightly thinner in the center/frontal area of my head, but never paid much mind to it. My family all has thin hair, but not balding. In any case I'm 24 now and my wife told me it looks like I may be getting a bald spot. I'm a little worried and wanted to hit this before it's too late. I don't seem to feel like I'm losing a lot of hair either (not that I notice anyways). If I run my hand through my hair I may see 1 or 2 hairs, but that's it.

I started reading and wanted to know if you all recommend me take the usual regimen I see a lot on:
- Propecia
- Minoxidil
- Nizorol

I found this post which seemed very promising as well:

He uses:
- Regaine 5% twice daily
- Finasteride(Split Proscar) 1mg daily
- Nizoral+T/Sal combo, Pregaine Clear Gel

I was curious what is the +T/Sal Combo, Pregaine Clear Gel after he his Nizoral there?

Here are some pictures I took. Please let me know if you think I'm fine or should get started on something. The area I'm mainly concerned about you see best when my hair is dry and you see a small patch were you can see my scalp.

You should chuck this over in the 'Tell your story' section, you will get more help there. I imagine the mods will move it there soon.

Anyways, you are thinning a bit, diffuse, but nothing to bad, bit of miniaturisation in the hairline as well which I would keep an eye on. I'd jump on propecia (proscar 5mg, spilt in 4 to save cash) and start using nizoral, I wouldn't use minoxidil just yet.
You should respond pretty well to finasteride I reckon, you've caught it reasonably early.
The T/Sal combo he is talking about (without looking) would just be a shampoo regime he uses, using different ones every now and again I guess.

Anyways thanks for the info. I guess I'll wait for the mods to move the topic then. If it falls behind too far I'll just repost. In either case the proscar advice sounds pretty good and have been thinking about doing this.
