I have had diffuse thinning all over for a few a years and the sides are starting to recede now. I thought the thinning me have been something else as it was pretty rapid in a few months , but obviously not.
I never really done anythin about apart from use a abit of nizoral shampoo which helped the itch, now it's annoying me.
I still have decent coverage over the head, just thin hairs everywhere, bit of retrogade aopecia too i think.
Tried minoxidil for a few months also , didn't do much at at all.
Is something like propecia likely to help at this point, I was concerned about side effects, don't know why, I used to all sorts of drugs without giving it a second though ha.
any advice would be appreciated !
