Had two operations before. First was done light-headed and turned as a disaster. The second one was a sucessfull repair operation. Still some more work should be done to hide the consequence of first operation.
I chose the doctor for second procedure carefully and Dr Keser done a great job. But he could not do removal of bad placed thick and multiple hair grafts at temple triangles. He siad the only way to do it is electrolysis.
1. Are there any good clinics in Europe/Turkey that can do both removal and transplant? Also only one hair grafts should be placed so they should know how to work with microscope.
2. What time should pass between removal and surgery?
3. Is it possible to weaken thick grafts? It would be much better if part of grafts survived after electrolysis but became thinner (thin hairs would also blend in better because they would bent, while thick grafts stick out strait at temple triangles)
4. Is it possible to change angles somehow? Had read a few times about "Angling" but never seen any pictures
