Loniten 10mg vs. Noxidil Forte 10mg

Does anyone know how comparable these two products are?

I've been taking 10mg Loniten [5mg twice a day] for the past 9 months now and my supply is about to run out very soon.

I bought Loniten from an online pharmacy whilst I visited the States. Sadly, the pharmacy I used, as well as pretty much all the others I know of, will not ship directly to Canada.. and I have no plans on visiting the States anytime soon.

So, I have hundreds of 10mg Noxidil Forte pills in storage right now.. and around 2 months of 10mg Loniten left.

My question is, does anyone have experience with both products? Can you tell me if they act the same way? Are they equal in strength? 1mg of Loniten is equal to 1mg Noxidil Forte? - since Noxidil Forte says it is minoxidil on the box and minoxidil is minoxidil, right?

I just know if I stop or lower my minoxidil intake, I will lose hair. So far I have no concerns over continuing my 10mg a day use.

If this Noxidil Forte product isn't comparable to Loniten, I just might be forced to beg my family doctor for a prescription of Loniten. Highly unlikely he'll do it, since I am in my early 30's and have no blood pressure problems.

Please let me know your thoughts.

They're both the same.

I don't know.. when I performed a Google Search, I ran into this thread.

One of the users wrote, and I quote: "Noxidil Forte works, but I'd say it's a lot weaker than brand Loniten. It is not as "forte" as they say."

Just wondering if anyone else has experience with these 2 forms of Oral Minoxidil.

They're both 10mg of Minoxidil. Unless the tablets are fake I fail to see how they can produce different results.
