I've been on DHT inhibitors for almost seven years. Shedding comes and goes, but I'm experiencing some of the worst in years.
I'm attributing this partially to my fairly unhealthy lifestyle--having taken up smoking, quit exercising, eating poorly, and drinking copious amounts of alcohol.
Stress levels tend to run pretty high in grad school, so I hope that's it. It's rather bothersome, however, to see that my temples are receding, and my top is diffusing. So, instead of putting myself in denial, I'll admit that it's probably not stress-related so much as it is a failure to keep up with my regimen regularly.
Medication and my busy lifestyle might have something to do with it.
Just ordered some spironolactone cream. Hoping for the best for me and my fighting brothers...
