Anyone would like to share a long-term story (say, 10 years) with finasteride/minoxidil/big 3?

Long term?

Regimen: finasteride 2.5mg (started with 1mg Propecia for about six years), minoxodil 5%, ketoconazole 2%
Time on regimen: 17 years
Side effects: Reduced semen volume, loss of morning erections (a recent phenomena that may be age-related), but no affect on libido.
Results: No hair growth, slowed hair loss. I started losing my hair at around 18, and I'm a Norwood 2.5 now; I'm sure I'd be a NW6 by now without the drugs. I continue to slowly lose hair.
Ever consider switching to Dutasteride?

Does minoxidil actually stop/slow loss? I thought it just made your hair look fuller by synching up growth cycles

It seems to help some over a long period of time. (1yr or more)
