Little Hairs All Around. What Is It?

Hey guys! I'm a woman but the women's forum isn't as active as this one, so I decided to get some help here.

I've been dealing with hair loss for nearly 10 years and since it started I've noticed I have many many little hairs around my head that never become thick and long. I shed lots of it but I've always had many of them. I feel like they grow back but are always stuck in this "little hair" state.
I know this is not a good sign and they might be weak hairs but somehow they've always been there.

My hair loss is due to stress and I'm always stressed, so is it possible my constant stress is preventing these little hairs from becoming terminal? And that my follicles don't die completely because I've been using Minoxidil since it started?
Can I get it reversed once an effective treatment comes out?

I feel that if I could get thickness overall and make these little hairs grow I'd have my problem solved but it has never returned to normal since :/

Thanks a lot

Those 'little hairs' are miniaturized. 'Hair loss' is a funny word for it, as you don't really lose the hair, it is just blocked from growing. This is why people take finasteride or minoxidil, to get them to grow again. For some people it works, for others it doesn't.

I doubt this is happening from stress...

This is Androgenetic Alopecia

My hair was short cycling for a few years--growing an inch falling out etc.

Its stopped since i started Topical spironolactone/estrodail and Minoxidil 2 months ago

I dont know if its temporary reprieve or long term one but all the short hairs are now growing and not falling out.
