I heard the lifting weights can increase hairloss. Is there any truth to this? I'm curious because i'm going to start lifting weights and such. Also, i heard that doing Cardio workouts not only burns fat but also muscle, any truth to this?

They say it might cause hairloss cos testosterone peaks while you're doing weightlifting. By the same theory, testosterone also peaks while masturbating, having sex, exercising, waking up in the morning etc.

So if you're going to start worrying about what does and doesn't cause hairloss, you may as well never leave your bed for the rest of your life.

this thread should be in the experimental section, not the health section. Title it "Never exercising again saves hair?".
