There are cornrows hair systems. It looks too good to be true for hair transplant. He is similar to this guy:
Andros Townsend. Had scalp micropigmentation then a year later got the transplant. Works and looks perfect.

Is it because black people have curly hair and thats why hair transplant on them looks better?
He probably had a transplant but he definitely uses wigs and extensions, there's no way he's pulling off some of the hairstyles I've seen him with given just how much hair he lost.
His hairline is all over the place and in one pic the wig is so bad and obvious.
A lot of celebrities use a mix of transplants and wigs from what I've seen.

His hair paint/tattoo looks pretty bad and fake. I wouldn't be surprised if he's wearing a wig.

Drake and Tyga are more examples of these hair systems..
Kanye West is an example of someone who had a hair transplant and keeps his hair buzzed.
I don't think Drake wears, I've never seen pics of him with thinning hair but Tyga sure does. Wigs for African hair are very good these days.
I would definitely wear a low density piece but everyone around me would know and ridicule. Plus I've got a sensitive itchy scalp as it is.
