1. Let's do a group buy of Bima or even better latanoprost (available in generic)

2. Find a vehicle

3. Apply it topically for a few months

4. Track progress

Who is in?

I believe this has been tried by members of the other forums with little to no success. You are more than welcome to try it for yourself. Keep us informed of any results.

Beholder- we need find the active ingredient and make our own 1-5% solution in a correct vehicle. The eye solution is too weak and probably won't work sufficiently

Actually, I suspect that the 0.3 solution didn't work for normal hair for entirely different factor (needless to say it works for eyelashes very well). I think that the reason it didn't work had something to do with another prostaglandin (PGD2) and also androgens. The guys trying it on were getting huge eyelash growth -- so it WAS working -- but their normal hair didn't grow just because it doesn't grow due to androgens/PGD2. Androgen paradox in full beauty. Even now I have LONGER eyelashes than my fiancee -- probably just because I fvck around with these chemicals since I was 28.

But once you take out of the equation the PGD2 and/or histamine as well as androgens, it may work really well. I actually RIGHT NOW have 500mg aspirin in my daily regime which partially inhibits production of BOTH PGD2 and unfortunately also PGE2. Perhaps it also inhibits PGF2a which bimatoprost is a chemical analogue of.

So I plan to get PGE2 and PGF2a analogues and while suppressing their bodily production [along with PGD2] with cheap aspirin I plan to supply them synthetically in topical solution. Actually, I am going to try this with Bim alone, without getting PGE2, as PGE2 analogue dinoprostone might be fcuking expensive. Not unobtainable, though.

The result for Bima are due in Jan but they have used 1-5%. I have not seen any before and after of anyone growing eyelashes while applying it topically to their scalp. Besides I have read that you don't need to apply it everyday. What's more interesting is that it seems to me that applying Latisse or Bima on the eye or eyelashes there is a better absorption through fluid passing. Regardless in the study with the primates with Androgenetic Alopecia it regrew hair and conversion of vellus to terminal was seen.

Another study just search indeed concludes that Bima does prolong the anagen (growth phase) of the hair. While we are thinning the hairs are also growing shorter because of the alter growth phases. It seems

The key would be having a solution mixture of
1. Anti inflammatory/ immunosuppressant drug
2. Growth stimulant- something similar to mjnoxidil
3. DHT inhibitor
4. Smooth muscle relaxer - vasodilator - asprin would work
5. Anti fungus- nirozal or zinc or even Alliacin

And then systemically or orally biotin follica and something to increase metabolism.

In the primates study I think they used something like 5000mcg or 10k. The 0.003% in 2ml does not come even close

as I said, count me in, in the meantime I might do some experiments on my own

it works for eyelashes this way (0,3 mg/ml), it must work for hair in the same way.. unless there is something that stops it working of course, which I believe there is. So I will work on rooting out "the cause" of why it doesn't work.

My mistake its 0.03% you're right 0.3mg/ml. Added another zero in there.

Same reason why 5% works better than 2% rogaine

Latanoprost in my opinion is the way to go. I apologize I mixed up the percentages. Latanoprost is available for around $17 in the pet medication for and available online. Just google

Latanoprost 0.005% Opthalmic Solution (Generic Xalatan) - 2.5 ml Bottle

Here is a study

Awesome man, thanks. Will check it out and its availability here. If latanoprost works for eyelashes, it's gotta work for hair, only not if there is something stopping it.

To put it in another way, if I get bigger eyelashes, we will know it works like the original PGF2a analogue, bimatoprost.
