From the human body's priority point of view, survival and reproduction are the highest priority. Sperm production is a high resource demand. Too much masturbation can make your body stressed, and led to telogen effluvium. And if you are recovering, it can slow your progress too. Too much of something is never a good thing.

There are no studies which provide exact levels of intrafollicular prolactin. Prolactin is also implicated in psoriasis, and the levels in psoriatic lesions can be lower or than what is released during masturbation. I would assume that similar levels would be deadly for hair follicles. Prolactin acts very quickly on the hair follicle, if those levels are sustained for a few hours then damage will be done.

I do calisthenics 30minutes a day and 3 times a week. So I don't have a personal experiment with weight lifting.

False dutasteride isnt much better at all. It spikes T too much dumbass. I was on dutasteride for 1.5 years dropped it due to continued thinning. Doing better on finasteride because it dont Spike scalp T and serum T as much as dutasteride.

Not more but AS sensitive. Ur on bicalutamide monotherapy not dutasteride. My crown was thinning for 1.5 Years on dutasteride it stopped after quitting it. And getting on finasteride. Also I barely produced any sperm on dutasteride. The day I quit it I only shot out 1 drop of sperm. Even on finasteride I had retrograde ejaculation and slow seeping sperm. So last option now is topical finasteride and ejaculation is already improved.

Less semen volume means less sperm. It doesn't mean there's something wrong with your sperm or ability to produce sperm. It's the semen that's the issue. It's also possible to produce less semen, but have more sperm per cc so you still have the same amount of sperm. You can't assume your sperm count.
