Im off dutasteride and my new regimin is nizoral 1 percent once or twice a day, minoxidil twice a day, and oral castor oil. I just started this a month or two ago and my scalp feels great minimal soreness and itch unlike when I was just on finasteride and dutasteride. Maybe its just a coincedence?
