Laser Light Therapy

Does anyone have any experience with Laser Light Therapy treatment? I visited a "salon" today that pushes it along with a shampoo regimen of Nioxin or Ross.

What are their arguments?

Increased blood flow and nutrition for the follicles are often used when promoting laser therapy.

One could argue that LLLT could have an anti-inflammatory (?) effect.


Those shampoos won't do jack battling hair loss.

Supposedly the LLLT breaks down the DHT that is already around the follicle and the shampoos contain Nizoral which I guess is supposed to prevent further buildup of DHT.
