Laser Comb and hair transplant

Do Laser Combs and hair transplant's mix well together? The reason I ask is because I read on a forum where Dr. Armani had advised a patient not to use laser combs after his hair transplant. Has anyone else heard of this? This troubles me because I just ordered a laser comb (it will be here Friday) and I am planning on getting an hair transplant in the very near future. It is my understanding that any results you see with the comb must be mainained by further use of the comb. I would hate to get a transplant and lose all of the results the comb provided for my current hair base. Any thoughts?

I've actually read the exact opposite where LC helped with healing and faster hair transplant recovery ,i cant remember what site it was on ,maybe the hairmax website but do a Laser Comb search in google. thats where i read it ,from one of those sites. I think it was an actual study done where the LC was used by a hair transplant patient and another hair transplant patient didnt use it and results showed faster recovery time?? anyways do a search and if i come across it again i'll post a link

There might not be any proof yet that the lasercomb can regrow hair, but there is proof that laser light therapy can heal wounds faster and help prevent scarring. Might want to do some research and bring that to Armani. Ask him why he says no LC.

Yeah, you have it opposite man. It was shown to be helpful with hair transplant by reducing the healing time.

That's what I thought, but over at HLH there is a post claiming that Dr. Armani has advised against using the comb on newly grafted areas. This is not good to hear considering that I will have hair transplanted amongst current hair that I am trying to maintain.
