I'm sorry, what was your question? You wanted hair growth, and you got some. What do you want?
Dye the hair if it gets long and you still want to be blond. If you don't like the new black hair and don't want to dye it, you can always get off of your medication and they probably will go away in a few months.

I've heard of hair that comes back on medication being a different colour than your original hair. But that should not put you off the medication as you can always dye it.
In any case, I would think that it's a good sign that hair is coming back, PERIOD. I would look more for the thickness of the regrown hair rather than the colour because that can always be changed to your liking.
