BUT there are plenty of young norwood 7 obese people.
It all depends on your hair's reaction to DHT. Anything is possible and perhaps health and diet can preserve some hairs for some people. I doubt it but until everything about hair loss is known 100% who can say. minoxidil works for some, others not, hell finasteride doesn't work for some. There are so many variables with hair loss honestly.

stop being so irrational man.

There are obese people with hair

there are panhandlers with hair

Even if nutrition had anything to do with hairloss, it would not fix the problem.

how can you explain men like jason statham with perfect diets?

you're just thinking too much right now dude

swear to god man, read my post....

did you not read the words, "case by case", "I doubt it", "possibly", "can preserve some hairs for some people".

etc

no one is saying yes or no, Im merely saying possibly. IT DEPENDS on the reason you are losing your hair. LOTS of variables.

perhaps statham had a very bad onset of hairloss, perhaps he was using roids. ...... you dont know, I dont know

look

the fact of the matter is that no amount of perfect diet is going to restore your locks

now you may say to yourself "well having a perfect diet can't hurt my chances!!!"

you're right

in fact

having a perfect diet improves your hair growth rate by

you guessed it

2%

2%%%%%%%%%%% 2%%%

on some people 2.5%

w00t!!!

**************

srsly though if perfect diet and exercise regimen does improve hair growth rate it must be around 1-3% just my guess tho

A big thing though is why does hair become sensitive to androgens? How does the hair at the molecular level interact and use androgens as it miniaturizes over the hair cycles? Why does body hair respond oppositely to androgens as head hair? We need answers to some of these questions instead of more pointless studies citing exercise, diet differences between two groups of men.

Hmmm. Weird, because I am actually more fearful of exercise causing hair loss. I had been undergoing high intensity weight lifting for the last 10 weeks and also happened to experience a fairly strong shed during some of that time. I don't know if it was caused by the exercise (increase in testosterone perhaps), or if they just happened to occur at the same time.

Now I'm shedding very very little (less than 30 hairs per day, which is amazing). I also happened to take a break from hypertrophy workouts (going on a Cutting Phase now). Once again, I don't know if the two activities are related or if they just happened to occur at the same time.

With that said, I'm fearful that the next time I start weightlifting again, it could cause a shed.

The following research has involved English Premier League players.

Arsenal FC

1. Wojciech Szczęsny - No hairloss
2. Bacary Sagna - No hairloss
3. Per Mertesacker - No hairloss
4. Thomas Vermaelen - No hairloss
5. Laurent Koscielny - No hairloss
6. Tomáš Rosický - No hairloss
7. Mikel Arteta - No hairloss
8. Lukas Podolski - No hairloss
9. Jack Wilshere - No hairloss
10. Mesut Özil - No hairloss
11. Olivier Giroud - No hairloss
12. Emiliano Viviano - No hairloss
13. Theo Walcott - No hairloss
14. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain - No hairloss
15. Aaron Ramsey - No hairloss
16. Nacho Monreal - No hairloss
17. Santi Cazorla - No hairloss
18. Mathieu Flamini - Slight thinning, overall, great head of hair
19. Łukasz Fabiański - No hairloss
20. Yaya Sanogo - No hairloss
21. Nicklas Bendtner - No hairloss
22. Abou Diaby - Shaven head
23. Carl Jenkinson - No hairloss
24. Emmanuel Frimpong - No hairloss
25. Kieran Gibbs - No hairloss

Views? Out of 25 guys, only 1 seems to have 'thinner' hair, and that would be very critical to say because the overall quality of hair is very good.

Do you not think there is a chance that their lifestyles play a major part in them maintaining a great head of hair? Great diets, great fitness regimes, potentially stress and finance free lifestyles.

There seem to be less football players suffering from male pattern baldness than in general. I'm not saying it's definite evidence, of course some people are prone to male pattern baldness, players like iniesta and rooney. However everyone is different and not all cases are the same. I'm just saying, I'm 18 years old and my hair seems to have deteriorated in texture since I stopped doing aerobic exercise 6 months ago, is it a coincidence that my hair has lost it's quality in this short space of time? I can't wait until my knee injury heals because I really want to find out if this is the cause. Also my TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) was tested at 9.0, the normal range being 0.9-3.0. Yet my doctor is hesitant to treat me. I'm just confused.

You seem like a very ignorant person.
haha i'm the ignorant one? tell me something, why do you even associate a lack of hair on the head with a lack of physical health? forget questions of how a particular lifestyle might affect the hair on someone's head, because honestly, why do you even ask these questions in the first place? what is it about a bald head that's so utterly repulsive to you it automatically provokes thoughts off ill health and poor lifestyle choices? why do you equate hair with health, and a lack of hair with no health? there's no basis for your initial assumption and you've just imagined it out of nowhere. it's absurd.

it's a genetic trait. everybody looks different. get over it.

Stop taking my statements out of context. I'm simply saying not everyone is in the same position, some people may definitely be losing their hair due to a genetic trait, whilst others may be losing it for other reasons. I'm not for one second associating hair loss with a lack of physical health, I'm just saying, in people with no genetic predisposition for hairloss, a healthy lifestyle will contribute to their hair health, and a bad lifestyle may be detrimental to their hair health.

again, you're missing the point

why is non-miniaturized hair 'healthier' than miniaturized hair? you could just call it different types of hair. you're working with this totally braindead preconceived notion. actually, it's an outright logical fallacy.

although btw, just to dance to your idiot tune for a moment, 4/5 of the world's top 10 tennis players are losing their hair. (murray, gasquet, nadal and federer. not sure about wawrinka)

LOOOOL limitless is right, im studying IT technology but Im also practicing intensive sport in handball club, let me tell you that there is a BIG difference, in one side there is ****ing nerdz with ****ing acne and pratically all going bald (22yo really WTF), there is even one guy 24yo totally NW6 LOL, and in the other side in my handball team all of the guyz have ****ing great hair that's crazy, and please stop talking about Lebron James and Wayne Rooney -_- that's a huge minority of balding players... If you want to see the difference just check hair between nerdz and athletes, nerdz are fapping all day long, athletes are training...

Guys all of this arguing isn't going to solve anything, I just gave my theory and I don't really deserve to be stigmatised for it. Whatever you think, it's not normal for an 18 year old guy to be having hair problems. It seems that a lot of people are willing to just accept it and say it's all down to male pattern baldness when in fact there may be something else contributing to it. For now I'm not willing to accept that it's male pattern baldness that's causing my hair problems, because this has happened all in the space of 6 months, right at the time where my fitness and diet declined DRASTICALLY, and my stress increased due to my knee injury. To say there is no correlation between the two would be irrational. Also I've had my TSH tested and it stands at 9, yet the doctor will not treat me. People begin to feel awful with a TSH of 5, yet mine is at 9 and the doctor won't do anything. Could my thyroid be the cause of all this in the space of 6 months?
