Knot on back of head

I'm 3 weeks past my hair transplant surgery and have had my stitches taken out. There's a noticeable knot in one area at the back of my head. It's at the end of the suture line. It doesn't really hurt unless I try to lie flat on my back. It's a little tender if I do that. It's still a little numb too.

Is this something that will go away over time, or should I have someone check it out?

I would get it checked out.
It could be a scar lump. Twice in my life when I had nasty gashes that I didnt bother to stick the skin inflamed and healed a bit like a big lump. Once on my thumb the other on my nose, but the nose is so small its not worth my bothering

give it a month or two but you may have to talk to the Doctor, perhaps his stitching was bad and he may have to actually cut it out and restiching the spot.
