kirkland & Rogaine the same?

Ive been reading that Kirkland & Rogaine Minodixl are exactly the same product and both manufactured by Pfzier.

Can any long standing forum members confirm this to be their understanding.

Has anyone used both and noticed any difference?

Yes, 5% Kirkland liquid and 5% Rogaine liquid solutions are 100% indentical. All store brand liquid solutions are 100% identical in formulation to Rogaine liquid solution.

They all contain 30% alcohol, 50% ppg, and 20% water. (and the minoxidil of course)
