ever since i started kirkland minoxidil , i had terrible flakes and itch over my scalp, i had to quit it and now im only using folligen , nizoral and msm . I tried to buy dr.lee's stuff but he seems to ask for an appointment from the email or something just to order his products, is there any alternatives ?

also what the hell im going to do with flakeful minoxidil boxes ?

I think I had some flakes in the beginning when I started kirkland's minoxidil. It soon disappeared, and now I don't have any at all.

I had some itching and flaking when I started Kirklands. It completely disappeared after 2 weeks.
It's great stuff: cheap and effective!

right now i have 0 flakes since quitting minoxidil ( 3 days ) , im going to try option 2, of using folligen for healthier scalpe and then get back into minoxidil and see if theres still flakes .. Weird when i first started i had terrbile flakes due to using 2x a day and since month 3-6 i have cut it down to 1x a day and still had terrible flakes when i woke up.

I had the same problem and switched to Dr. Lee's stuff and the problem resolved...it's relatively expensive though. I'm going to try some stuff from genhair.com - it's the onlyother minoxidil. I've seen for sensitive skin.

All forms of minoxidil will cause flaking, generic, Dr.Lee's and the non-generic. You just have to try and stay on top of it with a good regimine of nizoral and or t-gel.
