thanks, i know what impatience is like. and i really take no offense to what people say on this forum about or against me, and i hope no one takes me too seriously either.

i think you'll have luck with dutasteride, others seem to be doing well but it can take many months.

Why did you put quotations around the word "certain," in the context that you used it? I get a kick out of a lot of peoples' misuse of quotation marks.

I didn't misuse the quotes. I used them to emphasize a point.

It's completely understandable, this whole journey is constant ups and downs and that's why we're all here to support each other. Unfortunately a grudge from another thread was dragged into this one.

These threads where people who don't have the conviction to see their treatment through start acusing the rest of us of being the fools are indeed boring..

Some people are like that about their life. It seeps into every thought they have.

When something specific happens its a bit cathartic since they can point to something tangible with proof for their problems so they focus all of their negativity on one thing.

In this case, baldness. Their misery is now justified.

If their hair loss was cured tomorrow they would be in the same chaotic state of misery again until they had something specific to focus on again. No money, no women, bad job on and on. Some problem they more than likely either created or exaggerated.

I am not specifically addressing this to antonio666, just to UK1's post.

Yes.. I apologise for that but it seems he is having no problems dishing it out. Believe it or not.. I quite like the arrival of these new guys, characters always make forums more fun to read, I just don't like the way that they ironically talk about the rest of us as brainwashed sheep. When dietcola first reponded to them I think he, like some of the rest of us, thought it was a wind up. It has just spiralled from there. Anyway..

yeah, i apologize. i'm just tired of seeing these "there is no hope" threads from people who havn't given treatments a chance. it actually puts a negative mood on these forums - we're here to help each other succeed, not make each other feel like were all a big lost cause.

Dietcola...I couldn't agree with you more...You just fired me up when you started on antonio but you're absolutely correct.
I don't think anyone with hair loss is a lost cause if they take matters in to their own hands and try.
