Nobody has had sexual side effects with Nizerol. Or let me put it this way, if they
did, there probably virgins, and should sterilize themselves before their gene pool

On the internet, if you search deep enough, everything cures hairloss and at the same rate, again, if you search deep enough, everything causes hairloss.
This is why it's nice to understand the basics of hairloss ie; what causes it .
Quick example:
There are people in this day and age that claim that hairloss can be cured with just having an healthy lifestyle and blablabla (healthy food, exercise so on and so foward) and then next thing you know, you see a 70 year old beggar in the corner of the street with a thick full head of hair.

Usually people who use it, do it because their scalps are oily af ie; seborrheic dermatitis (like mine) and have itchy scalps.
lowering DHT it's like a free gift from it. I cannot in all my honesty recommend it to someone with a dry fresh scalp.
My brother for exemple, needs to put oily rich shampoos on his hair because it's dry af. (No hair loss problems)

3 times max. I use it on a must basis BUT i know it's bad to use it every day. So, if I forget to apply it, then even tho I use H&S for oily hair, my scalp remains oily. 2 times a week should be enough as a general rule
