Hello, not sure where to post this to get help but, ever since I've used ketoconazole shampoo my hair has been thinning over the course of a year... Unfortunately. Trichologist said it's male pattern baldness, early early stages of thinning.
But if one is thinning due to a product or ketoconazole to be precise or anti dandruff shampoo etc, wouldn't that type of thinning mimic the outwards apparence of male pattern baldness on a microscope or eye examination? So if ketoconazole did thin my hair, it'll always look like male pattern baldness to a dermatologist until it gets better?
