Or pick up reli on's antifugal cream to use on scalp. Its obviously very anti-inflammatory and also has min%2 effect. Also it goes on white and pasty but five minutes later it vanishes and leaves hair looking as if you applied a mild amount of mouse to it.

I bought some powder and made my own Thin. It goes on invisibly and is VERY similar to homemade spironolactone cream. It's cosmetically acceptable IMHO.

How often do you think we should use Nizoral cream? I don't have a good handle on this Nizoral cream yet. Not much out there from all my searching. (I do think it's "safe" because it doesn't apparently get systemically absorbed.)

Thats a really good question. If its not systemicly absorbed why not use it daily. Maybe apply nizoral cream then apply minoxidil over it. Thats if you use minoxidil anyway. I been applying it daily with good responce from scalp. The scalp feels healthier, rejuvinated.

I don't know Thin. You know, the shampoo says to not use it regularly for very long. So I'm thinking of using it sporadically for now? You know to "mix things up" and keep male pattern baldness "confused".

I need to know more about Nizoral before I use it too often. I'm kind of reluctant to use it daily right now. Just don't know enough about it. Maybe Eli could help us?

The 'relion' miconazole cream says discontinue if problem continues after a couple of weeks of treatment and see a doctor. This statement hints at miconazole being quite tolerable topically. Thats why I use Relion antifungal. Miconazole is similar to keto so we get the same effect but perhaps its a little weaker which is fine with me.
