keto 2% cream, when to apply?

Hi folks, I have had a routine where I apply minoxidil (with minoMax from the Zix guy) and a little skinoren cream each morning and dinner time, then wash my hair before bed and rub in some keto 2% cream. Recently my eyes have been red and itchy when I wake in the morning, so I have cut out the keto and things are fine again (must have been getting into my eyes from the pillowcase). Anyway, I wish to include this keto cream back into my regime, but don't know if it is ok to apply along with the 5% minoxidil solution and skinoren. Any experiences or opinions? Is there a better time to apply? (eg. Hour before? Hour after?) Anything in these applications that would work against each other or cancel out the good effects?
