Competent surgery will improve my looks and most people's. I'm starting invisalign in a month. That's technically not surgery, but it's the same idea. It will improve my looks, I'm not sure by how much.

I might get surgery later but it's very difficult to tell what is the optimal surgery given my finite money. Most people on this board suggested hair transplant, but of course they would, everybody here is obsessed with hair.

I'm pretty sure this video was posted on this board a while back and that's how I know about it. I agree with most of the video. The guy presenting it is kind of an a**h**, but he's making convincing points.

id love to have a more chiseled face. but i dont think the surgery is worth it. seems to too risky.

tiny things do make a huge difference. i had my nose straightened when i was 17 and it was like night and day. i always handsome but with a crooked nose. i still got girls, but not that many. the fuckers would even mention it to their mates....'i like him, hes nice and that, but that nose...' loooool

once i got it straightened, i would get stares everywhere i went. it felt great. i only get those stares now when im wearing my hat lol. f*****g hair loss man

i regret getting it done though so young. too young for surgery ffs. but whatever.

but little things can shoot you up ALOT.

You're saying that the nose job made your life better, but you're also saying that it was a mistake and that you should have waited a few years to get it, and that surgery is too risky.

i think the jaw surgery is too risky from what ive read. if i had more cheilesed bone structure id feel alot more comfortable going bald. hopefully the gym will help me out with that

the nose job, i dunno man. i wouldnt say it made my life better. it improved my looks and attention from girls for sure. but i was a mess back then emotionally to really appreciate it. i was a teenager for a start and was very bdd about it, and had been for a while. i was in no state to get surgery. i wanted the 'perfect nose'. similar to brad pitt.

now, i like my 'manly' nose. i feel a lot differently about it. im really not sure i would have it done it now. i was a kid back then.

i got the surgery for free because i got badly hurt in a football game a few years earlier, and to the surgeon it was just a case of straighten it not only to make it look better but also so i could breath properly again. no big deal

but to me i was f*****g obsessed about it, very unhealthily. the guy did a great job, but i wasnt happy with it. i was very very insecure in general and i fixated all that on my nose. normal bullshit teenager stuff i guess

now i couldnt care less, looks like a typical normal manly nose. so would i give a sh*t about a slightly crooked nose now? i dunno. maybe. either way, 17 was no age to get cosmetic surgery. makes me sad as sh*t to think back to those days. f*****g pain was horrendous too lol

I watched this video yesterday, and it really hurt my self esteem when it went through the 1000 different ways that a masculine face looks sexy:

The human face has 43 muscles (also bones, cartilage, hair, skin, etc), there are a lot of ways for that to go wrong and be unattractive.

Tell me @sunchyme1 , based on the preview image of the video, do you think the guy on the left needs to hit the gym?
just shaved my 1 month beard after watching this glad i did it... who took side shot after watching this ?? lol

I will say the guy on the right looks a bit "too" masculine, his jaw could cut steak, but better that look than the guy on the left lol.

totally his fit and athletic build that enable him to pull off the bald look

nothing to do with face

hit the gym and unleash the bald beast!!!!!!!
are you serious?

Kelly Slater was the chad of all chads. Facial aesthetics for days. He took a hit without hair but he is still very good looking because of his facial structure.
