when taking finasteride, how long did people start to notice any change (either good or bad?) generally speaking how long does it take for the drug to 'get going' after taking your first dosage?e.g can it be having an effect after the first dosage?

i presume that it is very unheard of to simply take finasteride, have no sheds and gain regrowth? just not the way it goes is it?

is it also possible to not notice side effects in the first week but for them to occurr further down the line?

i understand the 4months-yr bit in regards to effects on hair but i mean will the drug be starting to alter things 'inside' after 1 week?
