Ok just tell me what would I be risking taking finasteride?

It sounds great at first, but I want to have children down the line and I'm worried about the potential effects it would have on them if I took it.

Do you think if I took it now for the rest of my life here, that I would a) regret it b)not regret it and instead be happy I made a great decision?
