Just Started Topical Minoxidil: Newbie Question Pls

I'm using the 5% solution. It says 6 sprays = 1ml and to put 1ml on the area where there's receeding or no hair.

So if both my temples are receeding because they are, does that mean I need to put 1ml on both? Or should I just spread the dose?

you should spread the dose. Don’t surpass 2ml per day. So if you apply it twice daily try to spread the 1ml dose per application.
