Just Realised My Hair Is Also Starting To Diffuse

My hair has been receding slowly for a while to a Norwood 2.5 but I’ve just realised the whole front of my hair is starting to thin too. I saw a photo and my hair is starting to have that kind of dry straw like look.

Back on the finasteride and already having weird sensations in my chest. Hoping they go
