Just got a system today. Questions for if I want to take some things into my own hands.

So the system looks awesome. Look 100% real. Buuuut.. I can't imagine leaving it on nonstop for two weeks to a month. I'd be in heaven if I could take it on and off as needed.

I had a salon do it and they were great. I figure I'll have them fit and style me every month, but in the meantime I'm looking for some pointers or even videos on how to go about peeling this thing back and letting it breathe. Being able to wash my scalp would feel so damn good. Sleeping with this thing on was already kind of a pain in the ***.

Any bonds/adhesives anyone could recommend or anything? Any pointers on getting started with home care basically.

You didn't mention what type of base you have, is it skin? Lace would breathe. As with anything new, it takes time to get used to it. It took me about a week.

If you need to "peel it back and let it breath" you would need to use something to loosen the bond, then you would need to clean it off the part of the scalp and system that was exposed, all whilst on your head, and then re-apply after. This sounds like a nightmare.

As for self-maintenance. There are literally dozens of threads on this forum, as well as the My Hair Experience channel on YouTube.
