Sorry, but if you are castrated for reasons regarding hair loss other gender dysphoria, and then decide to use testosterone injections just to eventually stop the use of that, you are the definition of stupid. Nevertheless, if the hair loss progresses after the withdrawal of ‘the hormone’, you can just use 25mg/day of bicalutamide to block the androgen receptors within your scalp.

Are you sure those eunuchs have androgenic alopecia? Many eunuchs in the past shaved their hair, or cut their hair in bizarre styles, nonetheless. It does not even make sense for anyone to continue losing their hair after castration.

I cared a lot when i was younger, now i dont. That's the least of my 'problems'.
