Just a quick question about a Biotin Supplement

I'm very sorry if I have posted this in the wrong area but for anyone who has taken this supplement, has it honestly done anything for you or heard anything positive about this? I mean, I know it's not a miracle for regrowth but have you noticed any difference in your hair at all?

I have taken it and I can tell you that it speeds your hair growth up, but I don't think it does much for hair loss.

I took it but only made my hair grow faster and my hairloss continued this **** is for women not for genetically ****ed up men..my hairloss stopped when i started nizoral crean thank god

Been taking 5000mcg every morning. My hair and nails grow like crazy and my hair looks healthier and has a nice sheen to it. Don't believe it has had any impact on my hairloss. I will continue to take it, though for the other benefits.

How much faster does it make hair grow? I'm suffering from Telogen Effluvium at the moment but thankfully I'm at the point where I can feel regrowth if I run my hands through my hair, literally hundreds of little hairs coming through, thing is my hair looks like complete crap at the moment because I must have lost 1/3-1/2 of my density, would taking biotin notably speed up the recovery process? What brands do you guys use?

I don't measure, so I'm not sure. But just about everyone I know comments on how fast my hair is growing. I'm not sure if Biotin would speed up the recovery process or not. I use Spring Valley brand. I get it at WalMart for like $5 for 120 tablets. Cheapest place I've found to buy it.

Yeah go for it i recently noticed my hair feel healthier dont kno about regrowth but definitly can be good with any treatment
