Just A Question In Regards To finasteride :)

Hi guys, question...... been on finasteride about a 1 3/4 months now, if finasteride does work for me will i see my current hair that i have start to thicken? I just hate how thin and fine it has become? If so whats the general time scale, around 6 months?
