First I would like to apologize to anyone who dislikes early "am I going bald" posts.
With that out of the way, can anyone help me shed some light on this? I have always had bad cowlick(s) growing up. Recently I did a close examination of my cowlick area and now I can't decide if I might be losing hair in the area or if it is just my cowlick(s) exposing my scalp. The third picture is the worst looking, where I have a very bright light shining directly down at my "cowlick". My family has no history of hair thinning except my dad who's hair didn't thin until 55+. I am 24. There is no where else on my head that is concerning. Thanks in advance for your opinions. I wish everyone the best with their own concerns, I have to say it has stressed me out!
