He's growing old gracefully and as said above his current NW4A suits the kind of film roles he plays.

In media appearance in the past he's even joking pointed out his hairloss to pap photographers and I think he wants to give everyone the impression that he doesn't care (even if inside it's crushing him) as this fits in well with the Jude Law media image.

Although in the past, he has used concealers for adverts.

Well duh, thats the point  not saying he was trying to hide the fact he's bald everyone knew that because they've seen it happening over the years, but the truth is that producers wanted Bruce Willis because he's a big name and draws audiences but they wanted the character with hair so thats why they made him wear wigs.

Reading articles like this from the Daily Mail in a way makes you glad that you're not famous and in the constant media spotlight. Hell, if they think a 38 year old man who is Norwood 4 is newsworthy, then my Norwood 3 at 21 would probably be worth a three page spread with a pullout.

In all honesty, I don't think Jude Law's hair looks all that bad. I mean at most he's went from a 10 to say and 8... ie most women are still going to find him very attractive. :gay: He's one of the lucky ones that has been spared from the ravaging effects of male pattern baldness.

Bare in mind that this is the same newspaper that regularly reports with photographs on how "fat" female celebrities in their bikins have become, simply because they have "ballooned out" to a normal healthy weight and are eating a proper balanced diet again. You can't take this stuff too seriously.

Also Jude is obviously a handsome guy and with his in-proportion sized forehead, he pulls off the long receded look a lot better than most men, even the DailyMail admit he still looks good.

It depends what role you're going for. Stathams not really an actor he's just a tough guy characature. Willis went through a few years of wearing hairpieces in movies when he got beyond NW3. And Stewart, well he always played old men.

I agree, you can't just say that it's impossible to get into the business because you're bald, howeve, your roles might be more limited. In any event, those guys were already bald or balding when they made it big, in contrast to what the poster implied.

The only guy out of those 3 who made it as a mainstream leading man was Willis but when he became successful his hairloss was'nt that bad and he's one of the few people who it actually suits.

Sorry folks but most (normal) people dont look at this and see a balding man. FACT. Even though some people on here think this is bald! :jackit:

Well, we think he's bald because we can spot the obvious signs of balding. Of course, now he's far past that, you can see his NW5\6 pattern in his movies.

I think he still has some straggling hairs on top from tabloid images I've seen when he hasn't shaved his head in a while.
